Layer skirt

This is mostly just fun-with-bias tape. Bias tape is my new best friend - you don't have to worry about hemming anymore! This skirt is two semi-circle skirts, the under layer a few inches longer than the top. But I messed up, the underlayer is too short in the back. Hopefully not too obvious.
