Here's the start of a project. I got the fabrics from Treadle Yard Goods, very nice selection! The brown eyelet a-line skirt is unattached to the red overlay skirt, so I got some other fabric to make another overlay (so it's sorta like 2 skirts). When I do the 2nd overlay I'll post it. The ribbons at the bottom can be untied, so the red overlay can be removed.
